The friendly pirate stumbled upon this cool site today. Watch the video and take the test if you have a chance. It makes me think about a lot things…cyclists, security, health, and life in general.

A friendly pirate told me about this awesome site. I’m having so much fun playing with this guy. Since it’s not in English, here’s what I’ve figured out so far: press start, let the beat start, then start making him beatbox to your command using the a-s-d-f-g-h, etc. keys. Looks like you can record your session with the space bar and then email it to someone, but I can’t get that to work yet. Have fun!

Braised Kidney Beans & Sweet Potato (Vegan)
I tried this recipe for the first time last night from the World’s Healthiest Foods. I didn’t realize how much time it would take me to chop all the veggies…so we ate pretty late. Robby and both liked it but while I was eating it I realized this dish is strikingly similar to the African Sweet Potato Stew with Red Beans that I made in the crock pot in April. Oh well - I guess I am a creature of habit when it comes to the foods I like.
